E-books are considered software.

Refunds cannot be honored once we send you the link to download our product

or once our product has been sent to you.

Order cancellations must be received before the download link to the product is sent

or before we send you the product.

All links to our product or e-book file products are sent by e-mail.

If you do not receive an email from us within 1 business day

BVCI is not responsible for blocked email or spam filters that prevent our email

from reaching your inbox!

Cancellations received after purchase confirmation but before we email you the link or we send the e-book file will involve a processing and handling fee of 25%.

No other cancellations or refunds will be honored.

There are no refunds on consulting services.

Consulting fees are due and payable upon service rendering.
