All Herbs & Such soap and bath products are made with natural oils and butters. Soaps are created using water and lye. The process of saponification (soap making) converts the oils, butters and lye solution (water and lye) into soap. Technically, by the time the mixture is "soap" there is no longer any oil, butter or lye remaining. Cooking and aging removes most of the water.
Palm products are not used in Herbs & Such soaps. As a result, Herbs & Such soaps are slightly more expensive than our competitors. However, Herbs & Such soap ingredients are responsibly sourced, eco-friendly, and luxurient to your skin!
