Leaving crumbs and bits of food
particle or shards of glass on the floors of vacant properties is not safe. Food
particulate will continue to attract both animals and insects. Such infestations
prove a health hazard.
Additionally, tiny objects such as
glass shards, nails and screws missed by merely hand removing larger debris
leaves a safety hazard in your property. Stray animals, barefoot children of
prospective buyers and others may be physically harmed by these small
particulates.
We do our best to remove them by
broom sweeping as a courtesy service to all of our clients.
* Some properties are so
filthy only raking can be accomplished. Annotations are provided in such
instances.
