Winterizations

It is our policy to show you the entire commode. There is no other way for you to know a thorough job was performed and that the property was not previously winterized.	The deep pink coloring depicted lets you know sufficient environmentally safe antifreeze has been added to both bowl and tank.
Service lines are always capped or plugged to avoid accidental entry of water to our winterized properties.	We winterize ALL parts of the plumbing system. Warning Notices are posted at every location.
Air-drying the system can only be accomplished with pressurized air!!	Larger systems and multi-family units are no problem!
Only compressed air will produce a forced moisture spray from a fixture	Ample environmentally safe antifreeze is needed for drain protection
Air-drying at every fixture is necessary to prevent freeze damage.	All drains are treated with environmentally safe antifreeze.
