Mimi "Rose" Norris

Rose has been a Field Agent since 1997. She is a long standing MENSAN, holds a degree in Sociology/ Corrections and Psychology, and is Vice President of Society of Independent Representatives (SIRs). She is a Certified Construction Inspector and a Certified Specialist Mortgage Field Services.

From 1997 to 2005, Mimi owned Rose's Property Maintenance Services providing inspections and property preservation services in Ohio. In 2000, she initiated and was the main founder of SIRs. In 2001, Mimi began developing websites to assist SIRs and expanded her website business under the name of Rose Designs.

Prior to entering field services, Mimi has held a variety of employment positions in computers, data processing, education, and sales. As Vice President of SIRs, she has assisted with the development of the organization, its training and certification programs, as well as attending to the needs of the membership and communications with various agencies and organizations within the industry. Her life experiences include exposure and involvement with the construction, carpentry, and plumbing trades.

Chuck Smith

Chuck has personally provided construction related services for over 25 years. He holds several certifications including: Certified Construction Project Manager, Certified Construction Inspector, Certified Property Preservation Contractor, and Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician. He is a licensed and bonded general contractor and holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management.

Chuck's experience includes being the general contractor for many construction projects, including two of his own homes. His hands-on knowledge of local and national building code enables him to oversee as well as inspect both residential and commercial properties.

Chuck has offered Mortgage Field Services since 1991. Chuck believes the industry could be made more professional and has been offering quality in service as the hallmark of JR Services, LLC.

JR Services, LLC was filed in 2001 being converted from the sole proprietorship of JR Services which was established in 1991. After reading an ad in a local newspaper for property services, the handyman business expanded into Mortgage Field Servicing. From private construction projects of decks, additions, room remodeling and plumbing/electrical repairs - JR Services began securing and winterizing foreclosed properties for several regional and national field servicing firms. With a firm commitment to pride in services - JR Services name became well known for completing the job right the first time. Our name is placed on all our properties because we are proud of the work completed there.

In 1995, realtors began calling to have their properties serviced. Having visited properties where our name was still in place. The realtors were impressed that the properties remained secure, the winterization was intact, the properties were clean and the key codes provided actually worked.

While JR Services, LLC does use agents - each agent is screened and trained prior to handling any services on their own. Any service that an agent is incapable of performing to company satisfaction - is provided personally by the owner. As possible, our agents are members of Society of Independent Representatives. All agents must follow two of the most important rules of JR Services, LLC.

Strict confidentiality is required of all agents. What we do, for whom, and the details leading to the present situation is between the lender and borrower.
