winterized. HUD stipulates that
you can restore the utilities to complete the home inspection but HUD also stipulates
that you are responsible to have the property Re-winterized once the inspection
is complete.

and de-winterize the plumbing before the inspection to ensure water can be
safely reintroduced for the inspection. We will also re-winterize once the
inspection is complete. You will be saved the inconvenience of possibly

compliance with HUD's requirements and ASHI requirements. If you are not
