We provide a wide array of standard services and will customize services to your request.

Regular and timely delinquent interviews assist the lender with loss mitigation. Thorough interviews with a delinquent borrower can save thousands of dollars in losses by stressing borrower contact to the lender for work-out options. In these difficult financial times, delivering the lenders message of resolution solutions is invaluable in the loss mitigation process.

Unless requested otherwise, all of our inspections include the following information:

Full Property Description: Construction, Color, Number of Stories (counted by actual floors and not number of "living" floors), Number of Dwellings (for residential), All Annotated Damages.	Occupancy Status and How Determined: We annotate what the inspector saw to validate the determination of "Occupied"; if persons were spoken with and/or interviewed.	If a property is determined to be "Vacant" All observations as well as any independent verification information will be provided. Additionally, if contact is allowed, we always leave notices that a call is required if the property is occupied.
We have encountered extremely unusual circumstances where a property appears vacant when in-fact it is occupied. We have developed a system to avoid unwarranted lock-outs from occurring to better protect your interests and reduce the liability associated with unlawful lockouts.

While JR Services, LLC engages various agents in the field, all inspections are reviewed to ensure that complete information is always provided. Photographic documentation of each visit is required by us to ensure time changes of property condition are reported promptly.
