Why QC?
We have learned through
experience that seeing is believing. If you are a typical lender, you will
never see the asset you must dispose of. You will rely upon unknown
agents and entities to report on that asset and perform services needed
to established guidelines. Unfortunately, not always will the agent or
entity be worthy of the trust you must extend.
Whether by accidental
oversight, or malicious and intended deceit, frequent payment for services
that were not rendered, or incorrectly rendered can become a blight at the
time of conveyance or sale. By contracting independent third party quality
control checks on the services you
need, desire, or paid for,
your interests are protected. Often, a quality control inspection can even
save you thousands of dollars in fines and/or re-conveyance of property. |
When to QC:
Performing a quality control inspection
should occur anytime you hire an independent agent (servicer,
sub-servicer). Probationary periods are typically managed by performing the
best services possible. Once the probationary period ends, the need to
perform to standard tends to lead to sub-par performance. Continual quality
control inspections
should be done: before services are rendered to ensure accuracy and obtain
base-line conditions; immediately after services are rendered to ensure all
charged services were rendered; during execution of services to compare and
determine accuracy of reports.
When you order a Quality Control
Inspection, we will report conditions to you or your current service agent
as you desire. If you determine the quality of services found are not what
you anticipated, we can provide suggestions on direction and possible
recourse. |
Why use JR Services,
LLC?
We treat every
property as if we personally owned it. While it is under our care, it is
"our house". We believe if anyone is going to render services on the
property, the services should be performed according to established
construction and/or inspection standards. If you have requested and/or paid
for services - those services should be rendered as if you were there to
supervise and oversee them. In your absence, we will be your agent representative
to protect your interests.
Our years of
experience in construction and mortgage field services as well as continuing
education of city, state and federal requirements, qualify us to accurately
assess if services are being rendered as needed, desired, or paid for. Our
reputation for complete and thorough performance with keeping the lenders
best interests as a guide will keep you in compliance.
