Out of 20 properties recently checked for winterization services, 18 were either not winterized or not winterized properly. 2 properties were winterized correctly - however, they were winterized either by JR Services, LLC or by those who have been trained by JR Services.

* HUD and VA both require that the plumbing system be "air dried".

We found water remaining in the system.

With the flip of a breaker - water can enter the property.

This toilet is marked winterized. An empty antifreeze container is in the toilet tank. However, there was no antifreeze in the toilet.

We frequently find winterization notices where there is no plumbing.

A fully damaged and/or missing plumbing system does not need to be winterized.
