inspection services, training
is available at your own expense.
If you provide quality property preservation services and
are (or willing to become) a certified property preservation specialist
please complete our vendor application.
JR Services, LLC prides itself
on timely and quality field services. We require all preservation specialists to be
or quickly become certified property preservation specialists and we
prefer to hire SIRs
members.
You must have a digital camera and internet connection to receive and
submit service requests and completions. You must have General Liability
Insurance for your services. You must have all your own
equipment including but not limited to: a 5HP air
compressor; generator; lawn maintenance equipment; and a minimum of a pick-up truck.
You must be able to gain access without damaging a property and the
ability to perform services following HUD guidelines. You will be required
to submit photo samples of your services prior to consideration.
No experience needed - If you are new to mortgage field servicing and
are interested in learning, we can arrange training at your own expense.
