If you do not have experience providing property preservation services or inspection services, training can be arranged.

If you provide quality property preservation services and are (or willing to become) a certified property preservation specialist please complete the vendor application below.

JR Services, LLC prides itself on timely and quality field services. We pay our sub-contractors on a two-week payment schedule. We require all preservation specialists to be or quickly become certified property preservation specialists and we prefer to hire SIRs members.

You must have a digital camera and internet connection to receive and submit service requests and completions. You must have all your own equipment including but not limited to: a 3HP air compressor; generator; lawn maintenance equipment; and a minimum of a pick-up truck. You must be able to gain access without damaging a property and the ability to perform services following HUD guidelines. You will be required to submit photo samples of your services prior to consideration.

No experience needed - If you are new to mortgage field servicing and provide services in Ohio, JR Services, LLC will consider an inexperienced sub-contractor who has all needed equipment; completes the appropriate training course (at your own expense); submits a copy of the completion certificate; and becomes a certified property preservation specialist prior to service requests being issued. We will gladly assist you in your endeavors.
